1. Orientation and essential skills (expectations, work load, communications skills, digital and numeral literacy): 1 week
2. Occupational English language to prepare participants for employment in the Canadian workplace: 1 week
3. Short Term Occupational certifications (online courses on Privacy Training, GBA plus, Microsoft Fundamentals..) 1 week
4. Certified IT Technician Training: 11 weeks (Western Community College)

●        Installing and Configuring MS Windows 10   
●        Configuring Windows Devices
●        Installing and updating MS software include: MS. Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
●        Maintenance and coordination of local and wide area networks (LANs and WANs)
●        Hardware installation and maintenance
●        Website development and cloud computing
●        Network Monitoring and optimization
5. Canadian Workforce Preparation (legal, employment standards, etc.): 1 week
6. Work Placement Job coaching: Work Experience Placement: 4 weeks
